Duncan Fraser & Son
Celebrating their 100th anniversary in 2011, Duncan Fraser & Son's 24-foot counter offers up Scotch beef, lamb and pork sourced from north east Scotland, poultry from the central belt, as well as pies, sausages, burgers and other prepared meats made in-house. Useful local larder additions are sold alongside these, including meals and flours from Golspie Mill, jams and chutney from Struan Apiaries and local eggs. Some excellent package deals are available online and from the shop, from a breakfast pack to enough meat to keep a family going weeks. Members of the Q Guild of Butchers, they supply a number of local restaurants and hotels.
