St Andrew's Day, Hogmanay and Burns' Night are the busiest times of the year for Lindsay Grieve, whose award-winning haggis is prepared by hand to a traditional family recipe. The Borders butcher offers a mail-order service on his haggis, dispatching the mutton and oatmeal speciality from Hawick's High Street to the rest of the UK and Europe. A wide range of sausages, pies, puddings and burgers are also available.
