Morag Phillips launched cookroom in January 2008 after developing an intolerance to gluten. Since then she's picked up Great Taste awards every year for her range of gluten and wheat-free cakes, biscuits, pastries, savoury tarts and pies, snacks and main meals. She sells these to order (five days' notice required), or direct to customers at farmers markets and other food shows. The food is hand-prepared in the cookroom kitchen, in batches as large as the Aga will allow.
