Sligachan Hotel and Cuillin Brewery
The Sligachan (meaning small shells) is truly multi-functional. The whole set up encompasses a restaurant, a small fireside bar and a larger, livelier bar serving pub food and real ale from their on-site microbrewery, Cuillin. This five-barrel plant serves up Skye Ale, Blackface, Eagle Ale and Pinnacle. Widening the remit still further, there's also a mini museum charting the history of climbing in the area, particularly the twelve Munros of the Cuillin Hills.
