British farmed, foraged and fermented: Flat Three creates original dishes from the best of seasonal local produce and wild vegetation with inspiration from Japanese, Korean and cultures who preserve foraged items. A spacious, elegant 40-cover dining room combines Japanese and Danish influences with mid-century vintage wooden furniture. Flat Three serves a 7-course tasting menu comprising the chef's selection of seafood, vegetables and meats, or can be served as a 100% plant-based / vegan offering of delicious vegetables. Alternatively, sharing style plates allow guests to create a bespoke menu. House-made beverages also highlight the kitchen's creativity with an array of juices, teas, infusions and ferments available to order individually, or as non-alcoholic pairings to the menu.
