At Rosewood London, just a stone's throw from Covent Garden, Scarfes Bar is a vibrant, bohemian hideaway in the heart of the West End. An eclectic space, drink and dine next to a roaring fire, piled-high bookcases featuring antique novels hand-picked by a Portobello antique dealer, soft lighting and plush, block-covered velvet armchairs.
Insired by artist Gerald Scarfe, Scarfe's jazzy illustrations will adorn the marble walls, and discreet, intimate corners are meticulously designed by acclaimed designer, Martin Brudnizki.
With its own entrance off High Holborn, Scarfes Bar is open daily for residents and non-residents, from midday to 1am. Lunch includes spicy Indian curries and European-style casseroles, whilst a range of bar snacks and light dishes include fried lobster momos, veal and mushroom meatballs, and Bengali vegetable chops. Enjoy an intriguing selection of cocktails, gins and whiskies from the bar.
