Anything from the sea is a treat at Ho Wong – from the prodigious doses of mussels in black bean sauce, with a sprinkling of green and red chillies, or a lemon sole doused in a well balanced sweet and sour sauce, with decadently generous pineapple slices. A heavier option are loon rolls, stuffed with strings of ham and prawn, with a breadcrumb finish.
