There are 356 Masters of Wine across the world, a title that is bestowed after rigorous practical and theoretical examination. One of them is Rose Murray Brown, who, with nearly thirty years experience as Scotland's leading drinks journalist (as well as spending time working on Wine estates in Tuscany) knows her stuff to say the least. Rose's masterclasses include Australia v New Zealand, Old World v New World and Champagne and Sparkling.

Edinburgh New Town Cookery School

Down on Queen Street, Tom Bruce Gardyne leads wine tasting courses and events for the Edinburgh New Town Cookery School. Tom has travelled extensively through the vineyards of Europe and the New World, spending time in Milan working for the Sicilian producer Corvo. He brings that knowledge to a series of informative, entertaining evening classes.
