Paisley is a wonderful town, so eating there is a good choice any time of the year. I've been to their Castelvecci restaurant and this one wine bar https://restaurantguru.com/Castelvecchi-Paisley https://restaurantguru.com/Saporito-Paisley and let me tell you, it blew me away. Some of the most amusing and fun people I have ever met, and I just came by to have lunch. Not to mention the superb quality of the meal I had. The wine bar turned out to be home to the friendliest lot one can hope for. Nothing but good memories about both places.
