Moretti Gran Tour Returns to UK Cities this Summer

The food festival will provide Edinburgh, London and Leeds with some Italian flavour this July
Following sell-out summer sessions in 2014, pop-up food and drink festival Moretti Gran Tour is bringing its authentic Italian charm back to the cities of the UK, visiting Edinburgh, London and Leeds this summer.
Birra Moretti's festival, a voyage across Italy through food and drink, features specialty cuisine from leading Italian street vendors, providing ticket-holders with a taste of various regions, including Naples, Lombardy Puglia and Sicily. Each venue will be transformed into a street food market, with music provided by local DJs.
There will be 12 brand new vendors in attendance this year, offering up their own unique dishes. 2015 also sees the return of previous vendors, including:
● Arancina – named for their deep fried saffron risotto balls and famed for their rectangular, hand-stretched pizza, this restaurant can be found in both London and Rome.
● Pasta e Basta – a London-based street food stall that makes pasta, gnocchi and ravioli using freshly cracked, free-range eggs.
● The Arancini Bros – starting with a tiny market stall on Brick Lane, this vendor now serves handmade risotto balls all over London.
Festival-goers will also have the chance to sign up for a Moretti Masterclass, run by mobile catering van CinCin and chef Luke Robinson, in which participants will be taught how to craft their own classic Italian meal.
Ticketholders will get two cans of Birra Moretti, two dishes and a gelato. Additional food and drink can be purchased on the day.
