Local produce from every region of Scotland is the focus of a brand new publication from The List. The Larder will be free with the issue of The List out on 1 April, and in bookshops priced £7.99. The Larder will be the most authoritative, up-to-date guide to Scottish produce available in print, with articles and photos covering farmers, fish-smokers, cheese makers and many more. It will also look at issues behind food in Scotland and offer a directory of the 250 best places to shop, from butchers to farmers' markets.
