Specialising in unusual cheeses you're unlikely to find on supermarket shelves, George Mewes' selection of British and Continental artisan cheeses can be bought from their shop in Glasgow's West End, or online. Opened in 2010, they won 'Best New Cheese Retailer 2012' at the British Cheese Awards. Mewes stocks around 80 cheeses at any one time, featuring one a month on his website - he was a chef for 25 years, so is sure to be brimming with cheesy culinary ideas.
