Prezzo on North Bridge is one of the 160-plus chains that have arisen since the first restaurant was founded in 2000. Named ‘best casual dining chain’ at the MIDAS Awards in 2011, Prezzo prides itself on its use of period buildings of local historic interest. Three different types of pizza are served – classic, light and VIP, with the calorie content given for the light option. The chain could be seen as a slightly classier version of Pizza Express and certainly has an impressive location.
