I took my family to Donnington on Tuesday for lunch on the occasion of my wife's birthday and was bitterly disappointed with the service. It took some 45 minutes to come up with a few sandwiches and after repeatedly asking where the chips I had order were, was informed that the fryer was broken. I was also informed that the sandwiches came with crisps which did not arrive either. All in all a very unsatisfactory lunch that will not be repeated in the near future.
