Carom in Soho is named after an exotic spice, and lives up to its namesake by serving an innovative range of Indian delicacies. Specialising in casual dining, the menu offers sharing plates of fresh seafood and tandoori recipes alongside a superb collection of Indian wines and whiskies. The lounge bar boasts a collection of expertly mixed cocktails, including those made with small-batch gins. Diners can also play the Indian tabletop game of Carom, which combines billiards and table shuffleboard.
