The Macdonald Berystede Hotel & Spa is a classic country house set in wooded gardens and grounds. Recently completeley refurbished, the hotel has benefited from excellent new facilities including the updated Hyperion Restaurant. Superbly appointed, the Hyperion restaurant opens onto a large roof terrace which commands stunning views over the hotel grounds - perfect for al fresco dining or pre-dinner drinks. Head Chef Gordon Ingles and his team have created a menu that uses only the finest seasonal ingredients and which incorporates both regional and international influences. Lighter meals and snacks are available in the beautiful lounge and bar areas that feature an impressive chandelier and a grand staircase.
