Originally a bakery, this sixth-generation family butchers and bakers with shops across Fife began sourcing meat in the 1960s to guarantee the quality of their speciality pies. Current boss Alan Stuart founded the now highly prestigious World Scotch Pie Championship in 1999, an annual headline-grabber across the UK.
