Revelling in the quirkiness of their role as chocolatiers located in the remotest corner of Scotland, the guys behind Cocoa Mountain have become quite a landmark on the Highland food scene. They produce individual truffles with some intriguing flavours including chilli lemongrass and coconut, along with distinctive broken chocolate bars in unpretentious packaging. Part of a craft village, their premises incorporates an indoor and outdoor Chocolate Bar serving hot chocolate (in bowls made by a local ceramic artist) among other organic and fair trade drinks.
