Baxters Highland Village

For decades Baxters has been synonymous with traditional tinned soups and jars of beetroot. These days they drape less tartan around the packaging and place more emphasis on convenience and the use of fresh, contemporary ingredients alongside the traditional staples. The Highland Village has four shops and two restaurants, and welcomes tourists. Other stores are located in Ocean Terminal in Edinburgh, Dunsdale Haugh in Selkirk, Blackford in Perthshire and Kelty in Fife.
