Run by brothers Mark and Stephen Keracher, this smart, contemporary fishmonger is a cosmopolitan trove of fresh fish, seafood, game and upmarket grocery and kitchen items. The shop window displays not recent hauls, but artist Richard Bramble’s ocean-themed plates in collaboration with Jersey Pottery. Inside, however, is an impressive range of fine produce including smoked duck, venison, scallops, lemon sole, rainbow trout, Pacific oysters and even shark steaks. Alongside you can also pick up condiments for making sushi and Thai curries.
