Anna Louise Simpson worked with a master tea blender and a medical herbalist to create a range of herbal teas suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women, after failing to find suitable herbal teas during her own pregnancy. The result is a range of five tea blends, designed for different stages of pregnancy and beyond - from Morning Mama ginger and camomile early stage tea to fennel and liquorice New Mama Tea, created for breastfeeding mums. Buy teas online, either from Mama Tea's website or a number of mum-centric sites (listed on Mama Tea website), or from Real Foods and Jordan Valley in Edinburgh, and Hammerton Health Foods in Aberdeen.

Love the teas.
I was surprised that they 'tasted' as good as they smell.
New Mama - Fennel & Lemon Balm Blend is my favourite - brought back memories of buying liquorice root as a child.
I was given a box of each at the NCT 'Big Weekend' Conference in Telford in May 2010 and glad I did.
Will be recommending to all other Mums (and Mum's to Be) and would be happy to take more off your hands to give as samples at our NCT events and coffee mornings.
