This is a great little pub which re opened around 6 months ago after being closed for the best part of a year.
There's ten or so draught ales including Caley 80 and IPA, some great wines ( the shiraz is my favourite) and a multitude of fine malt whiskys. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic and the two owners have worked hard to persuade the local idiots who used to drink there that this place is not for them.
Food is basic and simple, soup and sandwiches sourced locally, using home baked bread.
With a varied and interesting clientele it makes a great place for a quick pint or an evening session.
