Hunkered down on the city’s Nethergate, Bar Rio is perfectly placed for people-watching, a pastime facilitated by the floor to ceiling windows. Despite the frontage, there is no goldfish bowl feel inside. Intimate and trendy, the long, thin, chic bar area is separated off from a more formal dining area next door.

Don't get out very often as have 2 kids, 1 is just 3 months. We were out on Saturday for our anniversary and popped into Bar Rio to end a great night off. We had 2 glasses of wine, which tasted awful, not cheap either. Have been to Bar Rio a few times and the same thing always happen. WILL NOT BEING GOING BACK.
