Dropped in to have a bite to eat and a pint. Found Anne an absolute gem. She thought we had a lovely accent but I thought it was her that had the accent. Anne has a great smile and a warm heart to greet you with. She serves the "BEST" beer and even allowed us to bring the glass home to NZ. We want to go back to Scotland to spend more time there and the Auldhole in the wall will be a definite stop again.

Had lunch in The Auld Hole in the wall last Friday 2 May. I would recommend to anybody to try it as the food is to die for and extremely reasonable. It's an ok pub so didn't have any great expectations but was very pleasantly surprised. I will certainly go back.
Try the Cullen Skink!!!
