Bloody great place...The best thing to ever come to the Trongate. Well done Maggies! I used to work in this trade and i bet the staff there get some hassle/complaints off the people that frequent this area. But once your in you quickly forget that your on the trongate. Great staff, great service....In this day in age, its easy to complain, but few people compliment. Maggies and its staff deserve great credit for the constant pursual of looking after the customer.

This is my story of how i went to Maggies for a bite to eat, and ended up staying to 3am.........Hi, was in Maggies a few weeks ago on a Saturday. Primarily went in for something to eat around 530pm with a few lads. We booked via 5pm wesbite and so sat in the restaurant. Food was delicious. Anyhoo, around 6ish a band started in the bar. I didnt know this sort thing happened here, but after our meal we went through to the bar and listened to the band. They were playing rock n roll covers and totally blew me away. They finished around 8ish, and just behind me a door opened to the basement. Again i didnt know this existed! Proceeded to go downstairs to see what it was about, where i came across the manager, who recognised me and let me through to the basement, where i didnt need to pay cos i had food in the restaurant. I was pretty pleased by this as you can imagine.....We had a listen to the bands and were well impressed....as if the night couldnt get any better, the bands finsihed and lo and behold a dancefloor appeared out of thin air, and we danced the night away....Cant recommend this place highly enough - they totaly got me! i'll be checking there website/faceyb in the future to keep an eye on what they have planned. Thye really know how to look after people and give them a good night. Cheers
