The Taste Good Inn is a smart modern Chinese restaurant on the south-east outskirts of Glasgow in Cambuslang. Fibre-optic mood lighting adds to the mellow contemporary look, with rich chocolate leather seating and heavy satin drapes giving a sense of stylish luxury. Food ranges through Cantonese and Peking favourites, accompanied by a smart wine list from around the world. Regular karaoke nights on Fridays and Saturdays.

On arrival restaurant was empty, decor ok. Restaurant is in a questionable location - hidden in a dark lot off-road.
Drinks ordered bottled beer (Tsing Tao) ok but coca cola was flat. Meals on menu looked ok but far more expensive than expected as only one of several set price meals were available (and Christmas set meal didn't appeal). Would have worked out approx £11 plus £3-5 for rice/noodles for a main meal. Left without ordering as considering bad start and foreboding atmosphere didn't fancy our chances.
