Being a student at the University of Glasgow, going for dinner at Coopers has become a regular event. The menus are regularly updated and lately there have been some amazing changes: numerous choices of 2 menus for under a tenner, scrumptious deserts, and several food-themed days with specialities such as curries, etc.

The food is served within minutes and in the 2 years that I have been going there for dinner, I have never had to wait for much longer than 10 min before I got served. Whenever I had a problem with the food served (my apple pie was once delivered cold instead of heated up) the friendly staff were more than happy to replace it. They are very approachable and come over to your table several times to make sure that all is well.

Going to Coopers always provides a cosy evening and I cannot wait for my next visit!

Staying with family in Glasgow for Halloween weekend. Went for Sunday lunch and had to wait 40 minutes for starter, then further 40 minutes for main course, having been told 20 minute wait for starter.

Food was inedible - jacket potato was dry and reheated. Chicken was dry and inedible; my partner's chips could not be eaten as overcooked in dirty oil.

All in all not a pleasurable experience and left feeling hungry.
