Our favourite restaurant. Lovely food; lovely service. Never disappointed in eight years. Sawaddi.

Disappointing. Over £30 for a take away (2 starters and 2 mains). Deep fried starters. Pad thai was ok, although there were not many prawns - maybe 4. Pineapple curry was mostly sauce with some vegetables and 3 prawns. Coconut rice ok, but I've had much better. There is another takeaway in Edinburgh that is better in terms of quality and value.

Tasty food, due to the authentic ingredients used rather then the skill of the chef. Mid-week is a good time to go. My last visit was on a Saturday night and as soon as we sat down we felt service was being rushed to vacate the table again. The food came extremely quickly after we'd ordered and we were leaving less than an hour after we'd arrived.

food delicious, fresh and suitably spicy!. Service polite and quick.

I visit here regularly for the fantastic value pre-theatre menu and would highly recommend it!

yum

While the food that I had here was very fresh and pleasant there were two major problems:

1. The service was achingly slow.
2. While I'd requested my main course to be hot, my red curry turned up lukewarm and incredibly mild. When I asked about this, I was given a small bowl of powdered chilli and a spoon with a warning that it was "very hot" and I should be careful. Even tipping in the whole bowl (gradually) barely made a dent in the mild flavour. If the dish was meant to be mild, which the menu said it wasn't, then they should have pointed it out. I like spicy food and I came out feeling somewhat insulted.

It may have been a bad night, or they just didn't like me, as everyone else's meals seemed to be acceptable to them (though the service was uniformly slow).
