Stay at the Horseshoe on Friday evening, spend Saturday at Andrew Whitley's organic smallholding learning how to make bread, and return to the Horseshoe for a private dinner hosted by Andrew and the Horseshoe's General Manager Mark Slaney, with organic food, fabulous bread – made by you – and bio-dynamic wines. On Sunday morning a chance to return to Macbiehill for more bread making before departing after a farmhouse lunch.
