A class (limited to ten participants) led by professional patisserie chef and baker Carlien Dujardin. Learn how to bake bread, combining different flours and yeasts to best effect, and shaping the dough into loaves, rolls and foccacias of different styles. You'll also learn how to make either soda bread or gluten free corn bread. The session ends with time for questions and tasting, plus you get recipes and discount voucher for baking ingredients.
