Some of the finest products from the Fife region are gathered together under one roof, with venison and fish cooking demonstrations, the results of the East Neuk schools baking & craft competition, and the Flavour of Fife tasting table which will feature jam, cheese, chutney, beef, salmon, chocolate, drizzles, pies, balsamic vinegars, oatcakes, fruit, vegetables, speciality oils, sweet fudge, chillies and artisan breads, although not (we hope) all in the one sandwich. Plus a chance to learn about wine matching. Part of the Crail Food Festival.
