Influenced from Northern India, the bi-weekly night is set to launch with an aromatic lamb Mughali curry – a style of cooking developed by the imperial kitchens of the Mughal Empire.
True to the origins of rich Mughali cuisine, the lamb badami dish will be served with a variety of accompaniments including poppadoms, rice, vegetables, chutney, riata and flatbread and a mild sauce. A vegetarian version with dhal will also be on offer, and both curries will be served with a bottle of Indian Kingfisher beer and all accompaniments.
Curry Club available is available bi-weekly on Mondays between 7pm and 10pm. Price includes, curry all accompaniments and a bottle of Kingfisher beer for £12.
